Policy on Personal Celebrations:

To maintain a welcoming environment for all visitors and protect the integrity of our exhibits and spaces, the museum does not allow unauthorized personal celebrations, including pop-up birthday parties. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Bringing in decorations (e.g., balloons, banners, candles, confetti, glitter, simulated weapons, sparklers, or table settings).
• Serving or consuming party-related food and beverages such as cakes, cupcakes, or ice cream.
• Reserving, holding or moving tables in our dining areas including Rotunda, Losantiville dining room and the lower level.
• Bringing in tables and chairs.
• Organizing group activities that disrupt the museum experience for others.

Enforcement:

Staff may ask groups not adhering to this policy to adjust their activities or leave the premises.
